Judy Junkies Retreat Cancellation Policy

**COVID-19 Update - If any 2020 retreat is cancelled due to Federal or State issued orders then a FULL Refund will be issued.**

Before booking at one of our retreats, please read our cancellation policy carefully!

All deposits are due within 5 days of registration and are non-refundable.  The balance is due 45 days before the first day of retreat.  If the balance is not received by the due date or we have not been contacted by you to arrange payment, you will forfeit your deposit and your spot at that retreat and it will open to the public.  Refer to the individual retreat information for these dates.  We will first make two attempts to contact you for payment.  First by email and second by phone.  You will receive an invoice via email for your deposit and your balance due.  We do not offer payment plans; only a deposit and a balance due final payment.

Any cancellations will forfeit all of your paid fees unless you personally make other arrangements, with Judy Junkies staff, BEFORE the published payment deadlines.  We understand that LIFE happens and plans can change.  Illness and tragedy occur last minute and may make it impossible for you to attend our retreat. 

We also know there may be circumstances beyond your control.  But, then it leaves us with a spot that we may be unable to fill.  Under these circumstances, if you wish to transfer to a different retreat after the final payment deadline, you will forfeit your original deposit amount of $150.00.  The remaining balance will be applied towards the retreat you want to transfer to.  Our ability to transfer you will be subject to availability and we will only transfer your retreat sign up one time per calendar year.
