Judy Junkies Holiday Mini Retreat 2019: $225

Cost is $225 per person

We will be featuring the Windy Day Book. We are confident, even if you're new to paper piecing, that you will finish a project from the book or come very close to finishing in the three days. We encourage you to step out of your comfort zone as we work with this fun and simple book. Make a holiday quilt for yourself or put together a gift for someone else.

To hold your spot a $75 Deposit is due at the time of registration and non-refundable on 8/23/19

We do allow you to pay in installments. Contact us to make arrangements.

The balance is due by September 7, 2019 and non-refundable after that date.

Price doesn't include lodging. Newport has many places available for all budgets.

Payment can be made online with a credit card or manually.

You can make a cash payment but please make arrangements for that in person.

Manual Payments (check or cash) are due 5 days after online registration is received or you will lose your spot.

DESIGN HELP:

One of our Certified Instructors can help you with color placement and yardage needs using QUILTSTER.

The design fee is $30 and payable at retreat.

WE DO NOT CHARGE WITH HELPING YOU PICK A PATTERN AND SUPPORT QUESTIONS.

HOLIDAY MINI RETREAT SPECIAL:

The price of the retreat INCLUDES the Windy Day book and the Creative Grids Ruler.

When you pay in full an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to choose your project from the book along with all the information you'll need to prep. We will order your papers and have them for you on the first day. The cost for papers is an additional expense that you will pay for at retreat.

Even though we are featuring the Windy Day Projects during our Holiday Extravaganza, you are welcome to work on any Judy Niemeyer project of your choice. However, we will not be adjusting the price of the retreat if you're working on your own Judy Niemeyer project and/or you don't want the book or ruler. Everyone who registers for this retreat will receive the book and the ruler.

Bring your own lunch, go out with friends, or we will offer a delivered lunch service organized a couple weeks prior to retreat. You pay for the delivered lunch service on the first day of retreat (Cash or Check only).

DETAILS:

Thursday: Doors open for set up at 9:00am - NOT BEFORE! Please don't come early. You won't get in!

Saturday: You must be moved out by 4:00pm.

Full Size Mats and Full Size Irons are NOT allowed at your sewing station.

Stand Alone Sewing Tables are allowed on a limited basis. However, if you choose to bring your own sewing table please know that the table space we provide for you may be shortened.
