About the event
Cost is $350 per person
This retreat is held during the Quilts by the Sea Quilt Show.
Your retreat fee includes a two day pass to the Show on August 2nd & 3rd.
To hold your spot a $75 Deposit is due at the time of registration and non-refundable on 5/31/19
We do allow you to pay in installments. Contact us to make arrangements.
The balance is due by June 16, 2019 and non-refundable after that date.
Price doesn't include lodging. Newport has many places available for all budgets.
Payment can be made online with a credit card or manually.
You can make a cash payment but please make arrangements for that in person.
Manual Payments (check or cash) are due 5 days after online registration is received or you will lose your spot.

DESIGN HELP:
One of our Certified Instructors can help you with color placement and yardage needs using QUILTSTER.
The design fee is $30 and payable at retreat.
WE DO NOT CHARGE WITH HELPING YOU PICK A PATTERN AND SUPPORT QUESTIONS.

DETAILS:
Wednesday: Doors open for set up at 10:00am - NOT BEFORE! Please don't come early. You won't get in!
Welcome Program will begin at 4:30pm at Mo's Annex with Dinner & Drinks
Friday: Show & Share Program will begin at 5:00pm Location TBD with Dinner & Drinks
Saturday: Must be moved out by 4:00pm
Full Size Mats and Full Size Irons are NOT allowed at your sewing station.
Stand Alone Sewing Tables are allowed on a limited basis. However, if you choose to bring your own sewing table please know that the table space we provide for you may be shortened.
